Backspace Consulting is my, Kelly Ledger, new company. At the moment I’m working on my manifesto but to date it runs a little like this:
Strategic focus:
Backspace Consulting is dedicated to the design and development of online and mobile user interface strategies. Our core skill is the translation and interpretation of your business requirements and the goals of your users, bringing these 2 points of view together so that the focus is multi-dimensional and that the end results ticks more boxes.
How we work:
Hands on. We will work closely with you to understand your business, your goals and your customers, whether they are internal or external to your company structure. This is roughly a 4 step process which expands or contracts per project requirements:
- analyse your business goals and review current solutions with user testing
- review strategy and make recommendations making use of wireframes and rapid protyping if required. user testing done as required
- impliment agreed strategy (Backspace Consulting is not a development house – these can be sourced if required)
- test and review solution in light of agreed strategy
Backspace Consulting will, if required, source designers and developers to work on projects if these are required.
